If $\alpha^{*}$ is the minimum of the set $\{\alpha(\theta): \theta \in[0,2 \pi)\}$ and $\beta^{*}$ is the minimum of the set $\{\beta(\theta): \theta \in[0,2 \pi)\}$ then the value of $\alpha^{*}+\beta^{*}$ is
